Cancellation Policy

At La Pine Electrolysis, I strive to provide the highest level of care and attention to every client. To ensure I can offer the best service to all, I kindly ask for your consideration regarding my cancellation policy. 48 hour notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide at least 48 hours notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations within the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. No shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment price. Illness and emergencies: I understand that unexpected illnesses happen. If you are feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. In these cases, your cancellation fee may be applied as a credit towards a future appointment. Running late? If you are more than 10 minutes late I may not be able to complete your full treatment or we may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting other appointments. Why this matters: my time, like yours, is valuable. Last minute cancellations or no-shows affect my ability to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Your understanding and cooperation help me to continue providing the best care possible for all.
